Training / Key Qualifications

As an architect and project facilitator, I bring together the structural clarity of design with the dynamic reality of implementation. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of architecture, project management and professional development. I’ve led housing renovations, co-created resilient school buildings in Southeast Asia, and supported teams in translating ambitious ideas into meaningful, grounded action.

My work is informed by a systemic, human-centred mindset: I don’t just manage tasks – I enable collaboration. Through my background in adult education, I design learning spaces that are adaptive, engaging and purpose-driven. From on-site coaching to modular leadership programs, I support people in gaining confidence, skills and clarity – exactly where it’s needed.

Areas of Expertise / Focus

What I can help with

I help people and organisations navigate complexity – especially in contexts where standard solutions no longer apply. I support projects through strategic framing, stakeholder alignment and the facilitation of shared processes. My particular strength lies in enabling teams to act with intention, co-create knowledge, and find clarity amidst uncertainty.

Whether it’s developing participatory planning processes, supporting decision-making across disciplines, or setting up learning ecosystems within organisations – I work at the intersection of architecture, collaboration and impact. And I do so with empathy, curiosity and a bias for practical solutions.

What I want to learn

I’m curious to explore how collaborative and context-sensitive design can shape the future of our built environment – especially in regions facing social or ecological stress. I want to deepen my understanding of adaptive infrastructure, local building cultures and circular construction methods.

I’m also eager to learn from others how to build systems that encourage shared responsibility, decentralised innovation and meaningful participation. Because I believe that the quality of our collaboration determines the quality of our results – in both architecture and education.
